Small Group Fitness
Small group fitness classes are designed to be the best of both worlds. The groups are small enough that you get the individualization of a one-on-one session. Yet the group atmosphere gives you more motivation, accountability, and intensity than working out alone can.
Sessions are $25 each or $130 for a month unlimited. Payable at the door.
Phoenix Fitness is a free large group fitness class open to everyone. This beginner to intermediate level class uses kettlebells and bodyweight movements to strengthen your body, improve cardiovascular fitness, and improve body awareness / movement ability. The skill requirements are kept minimal to allow for exercisers of all fitness levels to get a great workout, while tempo is used to challenge more experiences participants.
Classes generally run 30- 45 minutes. Price is $5 per class
